TELETHERAPY SERVICES

Telemental Health

Telemental health or teletherapy is the process of providing counseling or psychotherapy remotely with the use of a tablet, cell phone, or computer, typically utilizing HIPAA-compliant video conferencing or text-based messaging. The advantages of virtual delivery of psychotherapy include reduced stigmatization, increased convenience for patients (expands access, saves time, can connect from home or anywhere, flexibility on appointments), and improved provider efficiency.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. Individual therapy is also called therapy, psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy, talk therapy, and counseling.


Benefits of receiving Individual Therapy:

  • People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone.

  • Therapy can help people overcome obstacles to their well-being.

  • It can increase positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem.

  • People in therapy can learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals.

Support Group

Participating in a group provides you with an opportunity to be with people who are likely to have a common purpose and likely to understand one another. Usually it last 12 week

  • Feeling less lonely, isolated or judged

  • Gaining a sense of empowerment and control

  • Improving your coping skills and sense of adjustment

  • Talking openly and honestly about your feelings

  • Reducing distress, depression, anxiety or fatigue

  • Getting practical advice or information about treatment options
